What did you enjoy the most about this retreat and why?

The information was huge, but so were your hearts. Everything centers around the heart for me. Purity of information and the way it was presented evoked the spirit of change in the room for me.  I appreciated your honesty and the way you taught just by being who you are. No pressure to change, but plenty of room to change.

I love the attunements and the fact that I can now use the information I received to balance myself and bring myself back to center when ever I need to.

 

Please reflect to the time before the retreat began and now.  Please describe 3 major differences you see in your own life from participating in this retreat.

 

  1. I feel peace and joy and balance. I am aware of my talking and not talking moments.
  2. I AM!  I understand that. (This was huge for me. Mind Blowing!) I want my ego - huge for me!
  3. I have tools to use energy in a way I never thought possible for me. I know how to stop the chatter and stay neutral in any situation.

What did you enjoy the most about this retreat and why?

 

I found it so amazing to gather with a group of people on a similar path.  The atmosphere of overwhelming love was beyond words!  The setting at Shannon’s home was simply perfect!  I think my favorite would have to be the group meditations.  When we did the gold, silver, and platinum circles the energy in the room was so powerful.

 

What else would you like to share with us about this retreat?

 

Wow, how do I say it…I feel the course of my life has shifted beyond words.  Awakening is the perfect name for this retreat.  I feel connected in some way to something much larger. I also feel as if I’m remembering something I’ve always known.

I'm MUCH less stressed and tense and judgmental.  I RELAX and let things FLOW and it's enlightening what's happening.  I continue to be amazed every hour!
