"Reiki" is Japanese for the "Universal Life Energy." It is also known as Chi and Prana. We are all born with Reiki! A Reiki session rebalances the energy in all aspects of your being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This is a very powerful yet gentle form of energy work. Come and enjoy!

Reiki Classes

During a Reiki class, students receive information regarding the history of Reiki, the hand positions, practice giving actual Reiki treatments and most importantly receive attunements to the Reiki energy. Reiki is an effective, yet simple and non-invasive energy system that anyone can give or receive! We practice and teach Reiki based on Usui Shiko Ryoho, "The Usui System of Natural Healing," as brought forth by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800's.

Reiki I - First Degree

During Reiki I you will receive 4 attunements that align you with 20% of the transmission power of Reiki. You will receive the basic Reiki principles, hand positions for self treatment and treating others along with a great amount of practice in giving and receiving.

Reiki II - Second Degree

In Reiki II you will receive 4 attunements that will align you with 100% of the transmission power of Reiki. You will receive information on how to address mental and emotional rebalancing & to offer distance Reiki treatments to those who are not physically present. Reiki I is a pre-requisite.

Master Reiki - Third Degree

Master Reiki is for those who wish to teach Reiki to others. You will receive one attunement to align you with the energy of passing Reiki attunements. You will receive information on teaching and conducting your own Reiki classes, as well as practice giving attunements. Reiki I and Reiki II are pre-requisites.
