you see in your own life from participating in this retreat.
I'm MUCH less stressed and tense and judgmental. I RELAX and
let things FLOW and it's enlightening what's happening. I continue to be amazed every hour!

Please reflect to the time before the retreat began and now. Please describe 3 major differences you see in your
own life from participating in this retreat.
1. I feel peace and joy and balance. I
am aware of my talking and not talking moments.
2. I AM! I understand that. (This was huge
for me. Mind Blowing!) I want my ego - huge for me!
3. I have tools to use energy in a way I never
thought possible for me. I know how to stop the chatter and stay neutral in any situation.
4. I learned that I do want my ego. Before I had been trying to rid myself of it. Now I want it integrated in a balanced way.
5. I understood that my higher self has always been working for me, even when I gave credit to something or someone else. I feel together
for the first time in years. Empowered, but not in a prideful way.
6. I am happy just to
be ME.
